Not given desired policy or mode

At times Customers ,while buying policy, are not able to understand things in totality due to variety of reasons and after the policy is issued and reaches them they may read to understand the actual conditions of policy that are given there. So if you find that it was something else that was discussed with the insurance intermediary at the time of taking policy and the policy bond has got something else then it can be escalated to us.

There may be a possibility that the person is not happy or not interested in the policy due to some policy conditions then the same can be addressed through the available redressal mechanism and for that people can contact us on this forum.

The grievances related to the mode of payment, type of plan discussed, term of the policy or any other such issue where the policy is not serving the purpose for which it was taken then such issues can be sent to us.

You intended to pay single premium but you were given a policy with another mode such as an yearly policy then Submit Following.
  • Communications received from the company/it’s representative on mail/wasp
  • Copy of proposal form where mode was mentioned by you.
  • Quotation submitted to you by representative of the company when policy was taken.
You were explained one policy but were sold another one. Submit Following
  • Copy of quotation given by the company
  • Any other document where the desired policy was explained.
  • Copy of proposal form if any
  • Any other wapp or written communication given by company representative
  • Copy of policy bond
