Through Eternity Claim, customers who have unsettled claims or have issues with their insurance policies can approach the eternity claim solutions officials or register themselves on the portal for their issues/grievances.

Any user generated content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of Eternity Claim, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to user generated content as described. All user Personal Information, provided as part of our registration or purchase process, is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eternity Claim, its officers, affiliates, successors, assigns, designated partners, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of content submitted by the user, users use of the service, violation of the EoU, breach by the user of any of the representations and warranties herein, or user’s violation of any rights of another.

Limitation of Warranties

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are “as is” and “as available”. This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:

• The use of our Resources will meet your needs or requirements,
• The use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors,
• The information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable,

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternity Claim has no liability in relation to or arising out of the Website Information and recommendations.

We are a service provider to handle the grievances on account of servicing issues/handling claim payments/delays in settlement or the likes depending on the case. We do not warranty or assure that the matters/cases accepted by us for redressal will compulsorily be resolved. There are different Insurers and companies involved in the grievances handling mechanism and they can take time as per their processes and TAT. We as facilitators can put our efforts to expedite the same. At no point, Eternity Claims gives the warranty to resolve the case even after acceptance and the same is subject to various factors. The company reserves the right to return the case without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any. Eternity Claim will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources.

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, ETERNITY CLAIM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
