Evaluation Of Grievance

The grievance will be evaluated in the basis of merit of the case and if found suitable may be taken up for further action at the appropriate level of grievance redressal authority.

Processing Fee.

On taking up the case for further action on the basis of merit the claimant will have register his grievance and a processing fee of Rs 500 will have to be paid to company.

Final Settlement

After the grievance is fully resolved a Settlement fee amounting to 10% of the claim amount plus GST will have to be paid to the company by the claimant/complainant.
